**FOREST**

Goldenstripe padded into the forest with Cragjumper at his heels.

Dawnwhisper followed them silently.

Hawktruth brought up the rear

"Scent anything yet?" Goldenstripe asked.
"Nothing," Cragjumper reported.

"I smell a mouse over there," Hawktruth meowed and he pointed towards a nearby bush, at least his wounded eye allowed him to be a better hunter than before.

Goldenstripe nodded in agreement.

Slowly and carefully, Hawktruth made his way towards his prey.

The mouse paused, sniffed the air curiously, before going back to whatever it was doing. Hawktruth stared intently at the small gray creature before leaping, leaving a spray of leaves in his wake.

"Watch the pelt!" Cragjumper hissed.

"Not my fault you happened to be standing right behind me," Hawktruth snorted after delivering the killing blow to his prey.

Russetdawn silently walked through the forest, ignoring the pain going along her side.

Goldenstripe flicked his ear. "Knock it off, Cragjumper," he meowed. "And nice catch, Hawktruth."

"Thank you," Hawktalon meowed.

"Hmph," Cragjumper snorted and spotted a rabbit not far. WIth hsi powerful hind legs and quickly killed the rabbit with a swift flash of his claws.

(Which one is it, a rabbit or a squirrel?)

"That was a good catch," Hawktruth meowed, even though he didn't like Cragjumper too much he still wouldn't lie, the catch had been a good one.

(WHOOPS. O_O)

Cragjumper grunted a 'thanks' as he held the RABBIT in his jaws.

(You could always have made it a mixed breed a squibbit or something XD)

Hawktruth then proceeded to burring his mouse to get it later.

Russetdawn paused next to a bush, letting herself to rest for a few moments. If she ignored the pain in her side, she almost enjoyed the walk.

(Great idea. XD)

"Let's keep hunting," Goldenstripe suggested and soon began to stalk a squirrel.

(The squirrel magically appeared there. XD)

(Puff the magic squirrel!)

Hawktruth nodded, no need to tell him twice. He scented the air and the scent of a vole came to him.

(LOL)

Flashing forward, Goldenstripe knocked the squirrel to the side with his awry paw and bit it with his jaws.

Cragjumper buried his rabbit.

Carefully he crept closer to his target, occasionally stopping to make sure that he was going the right way. The vole was slightly far off, not too far, but far enough for him to have to check it's whereabouts every so often.

Cragjumper flicked his ears as he watched Hawktruth hunt.

Goldenstripe set his squirrel down and waited for Hawktruth.

Hawktruth now had the vole in his sights, slowly he prepared to leap when Russetdawn suddenly appeared. She was completely unaware of the vole, resulting in it's running away.

"Nice job, Russetdawn!" Cragjumper hissed.
"Knock it off, Cragjumper," Goldenstripe meowed. "She didn't know."

Russetdawn glared coldly at Cragjumper, a glare cold enough to even give an arctic fox the shivers. With a loud humph she turned away from the hunting patrol and started to walk away, she had a slightly limp.
"Cragjumper your the biggest mouse brain I've ever met," Hawktruth commented.

Cragjumper growled and before claws could be bore, Goldenstripe stepped in.
"I think it's time we head back to camp, don't you think?" he suggested and picked up his squirrel, slightly glaring at Cragjumper before padding away.
