Shall we continue?

(When you complain all day that you're tired, but when you go to bed you are as wild as a rabbid raccoon? Yup, hate it. XD)

Cragjumper hated lying down on this nest. He struggled to sit up; the pain in his shoulder aching.

I stretched, twisted and turned but I just couldn't find the perfect position. I let out an annoyed growl and sat back up, this was getting me nowhere.

Once he finally sat up, he stiffly padded outside.
"Cragjumper?" Goldenstripe asked once the dark ginger tabby tom padded out. "Shouldn't you be resting?"
"I'm fine," Cragjumper muttered, but it was clear that he was in pain.

I sighed and started to head outside, it was always soothing for me to just sit under the sky instead of inside a den filled with cats I hardly knew. I slipped out of the den, glad for my long fur that partially protected me from the chilly night wind.

"No you aren't!" Goldenstripe argued. "You obvioiusly need rest. Go back to the den and I'll bring you some fresh-kill."
Cragjumper muttered something under his breath and staggered back to the den.

I spotted Goldenstripe getting some prey, maybe for Cragjumper, but I wasn't in the mood to talk so I headed for my favorite tree. It was on the edge of the camp and there was a branch just perfect for a cat. I leaped up onto the trunk, my sharp claws digging into the soft bark. I easily started climbing up until I reached a branch that was five branches away from the ground. Another branch broke off of this branch, leaving a nice V shaped perch for me to lay in.

Goldenstripe grabbed a squirrel from the pile and disappeared inside the den and placed it in front of Cragjumper. "You're welcome," Goldenstripe teased when Cragjumper didn't say anything. "I know you hate feeling useless, but what use would you be if your shoulder doesn't heal?"
Cragjumper sighed. "I hate it when you're right," he meowed, half jokely, and took a bite from the squirrel.

I let out a long yawn, this was much better. I was so used to sleeping outside, that it was practically impossible for me to fall asleep without the stars above my head. I curled into a tight ball, wedging myself between the two branches so I would fall out.

(So...wait is it still night?)

(I think so)

(Okay...can it be morning now? XD)

(Sure)

It's morning.

I awoke and uncurled myself, I could see the hustle and bustle of warriors awakening and preparing for their duties from up here. I smiled and stretched happily, a good nights rest was something I always welcomed.

Goldenstripe padded out from his den and gave a good stretch.

I easily climbed down from my perch, leaping off the last branch and landing perfectly on the ground bellow.

I padded outside of the camp, deciding I didn't want to be bothered by any cats so early in the morning. Well, I never want to be bothered but that will never happen, so might as well give myself a free morning.

"Hi, Russetdawn!" Goldenstripe meowed an padded up to her. (LOL) "Where were you last night?"

(Russetdawn: -.-)

"Sleeping in a tree," I meowed simply. "I feel better sleeping outside under the sky then inside a den."

"Was it because you used to the open skies?"

"Probably."

"What are you doing now?" Goldenstripe asked, curious. (I might have to go soon)

(Alright...)

"Walking," I replied. "I like having my own time in the morning."

Goldenstripe shrugged. "I guess I'll see you around then," he meowed and padded off.
